An interesting session on shoulder instability at the 14th International Conference of Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ICSES) in Beunos Aires, Argentina. Dr Bhatia was a guest speaker and presented his new research on glenoid defects along with Professor Eiji Itoi (Japan), Dr Jeffrey Abrams (USA), Dr Hiroyuki Sugaya (Japan), Dr Jose Garcia (Brazil), and Dr Auffarth (Austria).

A stellar performance by Cricketer Himalaya Barad in the recently concluded Saurashtra Premiere League. Himalaya underwent an Arthroscopic wrist surgery with Dr Deepak Bhatia for a TFCC injury in 2018. In the recent SPL, he was the highest run scorer,scored the fastest fifty, and was the man of the match in final scoring 83 from 59 balls.

Dr Deepak Bhatia awarded the prestigious Gary G. Poehling award (second place) at the 12 biennial ISAKOS congress at Cancun Mexico. Dr Bhatia’s award-winning research focussed on dynamic mapping of neurovascular structures and proximal radioulnar space of the elbow.
